We get it — sometimes plans change! Here's how cancellations work at Water eStore:

🕒 Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order anytime before it has been marked as fulfilled.
   Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we’re no longer able to cancel or make changes.
  

• If you need to cancel, email us at [email protected] right away with your order number. We’ll do our best to catch it in time!

📦 What if it's already shipped?

If your order has already been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled — but you may still be able to return it. Please check out our Return Policy (LINK) for full details on how to send it back.
