We want you to feel confident in every purchase. That’s why we proudly sell only trusted brands that stand behind their products with manufacturer warranties.

Because we’re a reseller, not the original manufacturer, your warranty coverage is provided directly by the brand that made the product. Below, you’ll find how warranty coverage works, how to start a claim, and the specific terms by brand.


🔧 Warranty Coverage

Most products we carry include a limited manufacturer warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Warranty terms vary by brand and product (typically 1–5 years, depending on the item).

  • Warranties generally do not cover:

    • Damage from incorrect installation

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Issues caused by non-original or incompatible parts

    • Improper maintenance, freezing, or misuse


🛠 How to Start a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and still under warranty:

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product and/or damage

    • The serial number (if available)

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and either:

    • Direct you to the manufacturer to file your claim, OR

    • Submit the claim on your behalf (for brands that allow us to do so).

We’ll always make this process as smooth as possible.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Installation issues are not covered by warranties. If a licensed plumber or technician installed your system, please contact them first if you suspect installation is the cause.

  • Any product that’s been modified or used outside its intended purpose may be excluded from coverage.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the original warranty period, starting from your date of purchase.


Brand-Specific Warranty Policies

UV Dynamics Parts

  • Return of Defective Part: All claims require the defective part to be returned for inspection.

  • Return Shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

  • Replacement: Once received and verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

  • Immediate Replacement Option: If you need a new part before sending the defective one back, you can purchase it upfront. When the defective part is returned and verified, we’ll issue a full refund.


Viqua UV Lamps & Controllers

  • Eligibility: Applies only to defective Viqua lamps and controllers. A valid lamp date code is required.

  • Approval: All claims require Viqua’s approval (usually 1–2 business days).

  • Replacement: After approval, a replacement will be shipped at no cost.


Luminor UV Parts & Systems

  • UV Lamps: Warranty applies with a valid date code and serial number. Both must be provided.

  • Approval: All lamp claims must be approved by Luminor before shipping a replacement.

  • Immediate Replacement Option: If needed sooner, purchase a new lamp; once the defective lamp is returned and approved, a full refund will be issued.

  • Other Parts & Systems: Defective items must be returned before a replacement can be sent.

Note: In some cases, return of the defective part may be required before refund or replacement. Determined on a case-by-case basis.


Clack Parts

  • Eligibility: Applies only to defective Clack parts. Customers must provide either:

    • A clear photo of the defective part, or

    • Other proof of defect.

  • Shipping Fees: A shipping fee may apply for replacements. Customers will be notified before shipment.

  • Note: Return of the defective part may be required before refund or replacement.


R/O Parts

  • Eligibility: Applies only to defective R/O parts. Customers must provide proof of defect (photos, test results, etc.).

  • Shipping Fees: A shipping fee may apply for replacements. Customers will be notified before shipment.
